Let's Say Yay to Fresh Cranberries
As much as I love the traditional out-of-the-can cranberry sauce (and I was the black sheep of the family liking whole cranberries vs jellied) the time has come to make a stand.
Fresh cranberries are the way to go!
If you prefer more of a sauce than a relish, saute the cranberry relish mixture for about 25 minutes. Add in additional liquid (cranberry juice, orange juice) as needed.
