Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup organic pumpkin puree
  • 1 mashed banana
  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 2 tablespoons honey, more if you like it sweeter
  • 2 eggs, beaten well
  • 1 or 2 spice tea or chai tea packets
  • 3 tablespoons shredded coconut or coconut flour
  • 1/2 tablespoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. preheat oven to 350 degrees
  2. mix together the peanut butter, pumpkin, banana and eggs until smooth
  3. remove the spices from the tea bags and add to the mixture
  4. add the rest of the ingredients and mix well
  5. grease a bread pan with coconut oil
  6. pour batter into pan and place in oven
  7. bake for 45 minutes
  8. let sit until cool before slicing
