Make Mini Pizzas Fun For The Whole Family

Recipe For Fun Family Pizza Making

The reason I really love this recipe is because everyone in the family can basically serve themselves and it requires less for me to do. I like to lay all the options out on the kitchen table and let the family go at choosing what pizza toppings and sauce they want. When everyone is ready, I just stick them all on a large baking sheet and bake them for about 10 minutes.

I make them for my kids birthdays and sometimes on weekends so they will have them as snacks to take to school. Always make my own dough and I have 3 big round baking trays that fit on each shelf in the oven that hold about 20 pizzas each... top with sauce, USUALLY pepperoni & cheese - Voila!!

Ive always made mini pizzas. We make them for quick snacks or parties and I've even made them for picnics and packed lunches. I sometimes use Muffins or Bagels or bread rolls or mini Naans or even just a slice of bread.

I sometimes use Tomato puree for the sauce but quite often I will whizz up some chopped Tomatoes for the sauce.

      Great lens Thanks!

We keep English Muffins on hand all the time so I will definitely try to make some Mini Pizzas. Thanks for the suggestion. They really sound good and easy.
