These are the All Clad Stainless Steel measuring cups I use to make my easy homemade bbq sauce and so much more.

All Clad Measuring Cups I use and love - 4 Star Rating

Start with the right measurements. These stainless steel measuring cups won't absorb odors, they're simple to clean and keep shiny, they don't scratch or dent and they're strong and sturdy! I like the durability of stainless steel, each cup also has the smaller measurements inside, they're super easy to clean and won't absorb food smells, they wear well, won't crack or chip and have lasted for years. I expect them to last forever!

Cook time: 10 min
Ready in: 15 min

I use the 3" pastry brush often for large pieces of food in applying bbq sauce, one swoop and an entire chicken breast is covered in savory sauce! If you don't have pastry brushes yet, you'll use them often. Pastry brushes clean thoroughly in the dishwasher or with warm soapy water, then air dry. You'll find them super affordable here and they'll last for years, mine have.

Pastry Brushes help to add BBQ Sauce without Waste - These are my favorite basting brushes!

I use them for coating lots of my recipes with savory sauces to increase the flavors and to help tenderize meats.

My mom used to use one of those basting bulb syringes but, I find that I really like using pastry brushes instead for more control to get my sauce directly on the meat without it squirting all over. Give them a try and see for yourself.

Making homemade barbeque sauce couldn't be easier!

Quick Tip

Quick and Easy Homemade BBQ Sauce Tip:

The longer you cook and reduce your bbq sauce, the thicker it becomes!

Just make sure to simmer it on low heat and watch it stirring continuously to prevent burning/scorching.

Step 4 - Use a Pastry Brush to add BBQ Sauce to Chicken or other meats - Lots of foods taste better with fresh bbq sauce added, don't you agree!

I used my pastry brushes above in this recipe to start basting in the flavor as soon as I cooked it but, if you place it in a jar and cool in the refrigerator it will get thicker!
