List of fast food places to eat for lunch that will actually help you lose weight and stay healthy
Many people eat out for their lunch breaks; there are lots of choices out there for you to pick from. However, lots of people are self conscious of their weight and want to eat healthy meals. Due to time constraints, most people are still eating at a fast food restaurant. It's not hard to understand why; they are wide spread and serve your food very fast. This hub is a list of health fast food restaurants. Hope you can lose your extra weight and live healthy for many years!
The flame boiler – This fast food chain is very healthy; they claim that their foods are free of trans fat and animal skin. They also do not cook by frying. For those that are concerned about calories, The flame boiler offers lots of foods that are pretty low in calories. You can easily access the calories information on their website; a normal meal is about only 600 calories. This place is highly recommended for those that want to eat healthy and lose weight. The flame boiler is a Korean style fast food chain that has many locations in California.
Corner Bakery – For those that love sandwiches, panini, salads and soups, Corner Bakery is an ideal place to go for a quick lunch. This is one of my favorite fast food restaurants. They have an awesome selection of foods. You can even mix and match because they offer several different combinations. For example, you can order a sandwich with a cup of soup or a side salad for a combo meal. They also have several different vegetarian selections as well. For those that want to lose weight, you have to resist the cakes and sweets that are on display. Overall, their services are pretty fast and you can enjoy a sit down meal at your local Corner Bakery.
Panera Bread – This fast food / sit down restaurant is very similar to Corner Bakery. Sandwiches, panini, salads and soups are my favorite types of quick lunches. It is delicious and also guilt free. Panera Bread offers similar selections as Corner Bakery. However, it does not seem to have as many items as Corner Bakery. Nevertheless, it is still a very good spot for a quick lunch.
Starbucks' sandwiches, panini and wraps – Starbucks, our favorite place for a cup of coffee, serves low calories sandwiches, panini and wraps for a quick bite. If you don't have a lot of time for lunch, a local Starbucks is the perfect place to go and grab something healthy to eat. It is surprising to see most foods at Starbucks are very low in calories. This is an ideal place to eat for those that are concerned with their weight. While you are there, you have to resist the temptations of their high calories venti size cold drinks and sweets.
Subway – The original healthy restaurant, Subway, is still a very good fast food restaurant to eat for quick lunches. They offer a variety of sandwiches with various fresh ingredients. Subway's low prices are also unbeatable. You can get two meals out of their twelve inches five dollars subs. For those that are trying to lose weight, they should definitely put Subway on the schedule for quick lunches. Furthermore, you should only eat half of the twelve inches sandwich and save the other half for later.
