Camu Camu is very high in vitamin C. It has the highest recorded concentration of vitamin c. It is an amazing fruit found in the amazon rainforest. I have never found the fresh fruit but I take the powder in my smoothies. It's delicious.
I don´t believe that additional Vitamin C can really help, because we ingest enough with our daily food.
There are 2 foods I can´t find in the above answers. With my long-term experiences I can strongly recommend
unpeeled raw Ginger, yellow
seabuckthorn, juice or sirup (includes very much Vitamin C too)
They both are really "magic cures" you will benefit from every day.
Limes - British sailors were issued limes each day to ward off scurvy (caused by Vit C deficiency) on long sea voyages - hence we British have the nickname "Limeys".
Vitamin C is water-soluble which means that the body is unable to store it. Therefore, vitamin C must be taken on a daily basis. There are many different types of vegetables and fruits that contain a lot of vitamin C, but be careful how you prepare them as vitamin C can be lost in the liquids in which they are cooked.
Below is a list of foods which are high in vitamin C.

What is Vitamin C?
Vitamin C, also known as Ascorbic Acid, is an essential anti-oxidant and is necessary for the production of collagen, connective tissue found in skin, bone, ligaments and blood vessels. It performs a variety of other enzymatic and metabolic functions, such as:
maintaining and repairing body tissue
strengthening blood vessels
aiding the absorption of calcium, essential for healthy bones and teeth
helping the body to resist infections
lowering levels of blood cholesterol
aiding the absorption of iron from food, thus preventing anaemia
protecting cells from free radicals that can damage cell membrane and DNA
How Much Vitamin C Do I Need?
The recommended daily allowance (RDA) of vitamin C is subject to ongoing debate. In the US, it currently stands at 60mg per day. Vitamin C deficiency is characterized by:
easy bruising
swollen and bleeding gums
wounds that have trouble healing
Smokers are at a risk for vitamin C deficiency and require more of a daily intake than non-smokers.
Too much Vitamin C intake on a regular basis will cause the following problems:
diarrhoea
kidney stones
Daily excesses are excreted as waste and the body will require more supplementation the following day.
kiwis! dont forget kiwis! they're extremely high in vitamin c
essential nutrient required by body...high level of vitamin c is found in
red and green chillies, Guava, bell peppers, fresh herbs, cauliflower, kiwi fruit, papaya, oranges and berries
Grape fruit juice and anything that's of the dark Berrie kind is quite high in vitamin c & anti-oxidants.
Almost all brightly colored fruits and vegetables are high in C.
There are several different kinds of Vitamin C as well. If you are thinking about a supplement look for Ester C.
green peppers and blackcurrents are much richer in vitamin c than oranges and other citrus fruits
Almost all foods contain some vitamin C. Many processed foods too. Drink milk! I stick with citrus fruits and supplement pills are also a great source.
Ounce per ounce strawberries contain more vitamin c than oranges.
Broccoli, red bell peppers (significantly more than green bell peppers), tomatoes, citrus fruits, and the likes are rich in Vitamin C. Being allergic to many types of citrus, I had to look into alternatives, and found broccoli and bell peppers were helpful to my immune system. Also, try boosting your spinach intake. I like adding spinach to my salads and sandwiches. It's healthier for you, and you barely notice the difference.
Fruits of the family citriceae (lime family) have a very high content of vitamin C (e.g. - oranges, lime, lemon, grape-fruit). Usually any fresh fruit with a sour taste has some amount of vitamin C.
However, it is important for the fruit to be fresh as vitamin C is heat labile (destroyed by heat). Therefore, using hot water to prepare fruit juices and eating aftre heating or cooking does not give the expected amount of vitamin C.
Also, vitamin C is water soluble. So, if the fruit is washed after cutting, the vitamin is washed away.
Surprising, but artichokes are preety high in vitamin C. And they taste yummy to boot!
Oranges, lemons, apricots, kiwi, mango, strawberries, grapefruit

Look for rich reds and orange colours, like mentioned in many other replies (red peppers, citrus fruits, etc.). Overall, foods rich in nutrients are deep in colour.
Some unusual foods rich in vitamin C: Kiwi fruit, red peppers (and also green), Florida avocadoes, potatoes, berries, and melon.
Red and green Kiwi
Red berries
Bell peppers
Broccoli

Green chillies
Spinach

Can you name 20 vegetables in under 2 minutes? On the street that my studio is on, there is a billboard that says, "Can you name 20 vegetables in the next 2 miles?" I think that this is a challenge for many people and wanted to pose the challenge here using 2 minutes instead of miles.
