I've heard a lot lately about eating "raw" foods and how healthy it is supposed to be. Does anyone know about this and how you'd begin?

Shelf life on meats and dairy products? Cooked and uncooked.This would be a helpful hub. Also, how to tell if something is bad. Like raw chicken or pork.

Can drinking hot beverages damage the lenses of my glasses?I was told exposure to heat caused the film on my lenses to wrinkle. I am exposed to no other but drinking hot beverages while wearing my glasses. Do you think that is the cause?

What to do about lactose intolerance when you've tried everything?I have tried all of the remedies for lactose intolerance and I'm still in pain. Does anyone have any suggestions? I'm at the end if my rope with this. I'm trying to cut dairy out of my diet but it's sooo hard.
