What other toppings can you use on Baked Sweet Potatoes? Make a Hub with Recipe
Roast some de-skinned tomatoes in the oven with olive oil, garlic, oregano and sea salt for 20 to 30 minutes. Spoon the tomatoes over your sweet potatoes and drizzle with a little extra olive oil. Delicious and healthy too.
Try chutneys: red onion or sweet pickle for example
