I like cold cereal in the Summertime, and hot cereal (Oatmeal) in the Wintertime. Keep on hubbing  smile

I'm with Goody5. I like cold cereal when the weather is warm and hot cereal when it's cold.

It makes a lot of sense top eat that way, as it keeps your body temperature right.

It all depends on the time of year it is.  I like a cold bowl of cereal for an evening snack.

I have even done that for dinner.

I always eat my cereal cold and raw. Nevertheless, my intake does depend on the weather: when it’s hot I eat more of it than when it’s cold. I love eating raw oatmeal with fruit, cheese and yogurt or a bowl of All Bran Flakes with banana slices. That´s the way I eat cereal.

Recently, I have been enjoying steel cut oats.  They fill me up better than the rolled oats.

I prefer hot cereal. Cracked ten grain cereal is my favorite with hard red wheat, rye, triticale, oat bran, oats, corn, barley, soy beans, brown rice, millet, and flaxseed. I serve it with milk and a little raw sugar. I often make quinoa porridge with blueberries and toasted almonds, too. It's best sweetened with a little honey or molasses. It really warms you up on a cold day!

I like the sound of that.  Wish I could eat the wheat...
