Pakoras or fritters are comfort food in the subcontinent. Usually eaten with spicy mint chutney, these fritters are a must in the monsoon season. Misbah shares a fantastic recipe for Punjabi Chicken Pakora. The link is as below.

Misbah, this is an interesting recipe which I may have eaten at restaurants here. Also, our Mom may have made them years ago. But I found the instructions easy to follow and the net output looked really yummy. Must try them out sometime. Thanks for sharing.

Thanks, Ravi, for sharing Misbah's article.

Dear Di, thank you very much for your interesting comment. I'm delighted you enjoyed the recipe and found the instructions and photos useful. I'm sure you'll enjoy it. I adore the aroma and flavor of kalonji and ajwain in these pakoras; these spices add a unique flavor that I always enjoy. Some people also add Kasuri Methi (dry fenugreek leaves), but I don't as I think it adds a bitter taste. smile
I wish you a joyful and pleasant Sunday!
Many Blessings and Love to you!!
