I can do a meal in 15 minutes as it only takes a few minutes to peel vegies , or cook frozen vegies along with a steak or chop , fried onion , mushrooms and a jacket potato done in the microwave.
Or steak & salad.
15 minutes to cook your dinner. Try plain rice, sambar(lentils curry)and egg burgi for an Indian touch. Or an egg fried rice would be nice too.
If you prefer Chinese, you can try the Chinese fried rice or the chinese noodles.
Different meals for two I love to make (some vegetarian):
Bruschetta on toasted bread with a green leaf salad.
Any stir fry with white rice.
Tacos.
Fancy sandwiches.
Virtually anything you can make as a stir fry can be done in minutes. Add some instant rice or a microwave package rice or pasta and you're ready to eat in minutes. There are decent bottled stir fry sauces available so the most time you have to spend will be in cutting ingredients. Use frozen mixed veggies and there are many varieties there.
I bought a pasta boat and the occassional 'quicky' dinner has been a breeze ever since. Twelve minutes in the microwave while I make up some sauce and bam! Dinner is served!
