Everyone wants to be fit and fine, want to have all the vitamins, protein and carbohydrate in our everyday lives. But most of us forget to mention when we eat, actually we don’t understand what we should take in our lunch and dinner time. We don’t know exactly which foods contain vitamin A B C D E and K. If we talk about fruits, we mostly have apple in our house, but what vitamin do apples have, do not know exactly. It contains almost 85% water, 5% of protein, and 1 to 1.5 % of sugar, salt and acids. Fresh apples are rich in vitamins, and contain organic acids, malic acids and gallic acids. Apples are fat, sodium and cholesterol free. It helps our skin to prevent from pimples.

Apple is a fruit which helps our skin beautifully. It can be cooked as a pie, also can use as a salad. It contains vitamin C in larger amount, minerals like iron, calcium and potassium. It is a good treatment of anaemia, dysentery, heart disease, eye disorder, skin cancer, headache and kidney stone. Like green apple it is helpful for teeth and bones. And red apple is good for heart and skin cancer. At least one apple we should eat for our skin health and bone. We can have it as a fruit salad and as a juice. It is small in size but with powerful effects.

Jackfruit is the national fruit of Bangladesh. It works as a medicine to our health. It contains vitamin A and C and minerals like calcium, potassium, and iron in rich amount, sodium and zinc. It may slowly relief blood pressure. It may manage to make the cells together in our body and can heal as a medicine. It gives us protein. It is a good remedy of ulcer. It helps our skin to be clean from inside. It can prevent from cancer and asthma. By eating jackfruit everyday it glows our skin naturally. It strengthens immune system of our body.

Like in orange, it contains vitamin A, B1, B2, C and E. And contains some other vitamin but in a small amount. One medium orange has 1.23 gram of protein. It also contains zinc, potassium, magnesium, calcium, iron copper and phosphorus. It helps us to remove from mouth ulcer, it can fight off viruses if we can’t have orange, we can make it juice. Every day we should have orange juice on breakfast time.

Avocado, it contains phosphorus, vitamin E and magnesium. It helps our skin and nails. We can have it as a salad dressing, can have it as a sauce if we add in it in a small amount of sugar and chilli paste we can cook it with chicken and with other spicy dishes.

In bananas, fat, iron and vitamins are there in a larger quantity, vitamin B1, B2, B3, B6, B9 and C; we should have at least one banana in our every day routine for our cardiac health. We can have it as a milkshake, as an ice-cream or as a fruit salad. A small size banana contains 80% calories, and medium size contains 100%.

Blackberries have proteins, dietary fibre and calories; a cup of blackberries contains 2 grams of protein, 62 calories and 7.6 grams of dietary fibre. If you do not want to have it then blends it with sugar and other syrups as a juice. It contains vitamin c which helps to build our body and reduces the chance of cancer. Vitamin c can heal our wounds. It is a shield to our skin from ultra violates

Blueberries contain 70 % of vitamin c. They also contain dietary fibres and vitamin E and vitamin E is good for our skin. A cup of blueberries contain 80 % of calories. But blueberries cause digestive difficulties such as gas, diarrhea, nausea and vomiting

Cantaloupe contains protein, calories and dietary fibre, also contains vitamin. It helps us in kidney failure. It has a large number of potassium irons. A cup of cantaloupe contains 112% of antioxidant.

Cherries contain vitamin B6 and A. It has high contains of potassium and manganese and a good amount of iron and phosphorus. It can reduce the pain of arthritis and headaches. It is used as a medicine of asthma and chronic diarrhea

Dates contain sugar and iron. In our Muslim cultures we eat dates in a larger amount in Ramadan month. We break out fast by date. It has a great source of energy and vitamin C. This fruits has rich in dietary fibre. They are good source of vitamin A. It can be cooked as a desert and can be served with walnuts almond and with milk. They can be chopped with fruit salad.

Grapefruit is rich in vitamin C and carotenoids, it has vitamin A, B5, iron phosphorus, sodium and potassium. It reduces cold symptoms because vitamin C is a cold fighter; it helps to reduce of heart disease, cancer and stroke. The pulp of grapefruit contains compounds which may help to prevent of breast cancer. One of the most important parts of grapefruits is its seeds.

Grapes contain vitamin C in rich quantities. Grapes seeds extracts help us to reduce allergies, blood clots, arthritis, eczema, heart disease, skin elasticity, wound healing and hair loss. Wine is made of grapes. It can be used as in fruit salad. A cup of grapes contain vitamin A, C, E and B6, necessary minerals include magnesium, iron, calcium, phosphorus, potassium, sodium, zinc and fluoride.

Guava contains vitamin C, it helps to prevent mouth disease, and it helps our teeth to keep free from bacteria. It has a lower risk of cancer; heart disease can be reduced by drinking guava juice or by eating guava. A jelly can be made by guava.

Lemon is a powerful fruits; its juice is a powerful antibacterial. Malaria, cholera, typhoid and other deadly disease are destroyed in lemon juice. Lemon juice gives good relief in fever.

Lime is all most like lemon but it is not same as lemon; they have similar acidic power though. Lime can be a good dressing for all kinds of salad. We can use both side of the lime; the inner part that means lime juice and the aroma of zest, the outer side. It contains vitamin c in rich amount; it also contains vitamin A, B, G. This juice can heal fever, scurvy, anaemia, intestinal disorders, cough, cold, gastric troubles, constipation, typhoid, vomiting, and high blood pressure.

Lychee fruits contain high amount of vitamin C, it also contains phosphorus, potassium and calcium. It helps the body to keep hydrate when you have it but it is seasonal fruit. Though it is seasonal fruit you can also have it as a jelly and can buy it in every season. It reduces the risk of heart attack. It also helps to clear out blood clots and also keep the cell in good condition. Lychee increases fluids in the body.

Mango is the most delicious fruit of all. It is mouth watery. Mangoes contain 1g of protein, 65% calories, 15% vitamin A and 46% vitamin C. Mango helps to reduce the chance of cancer. It contains iron which benefits the people from suffering from amenia. It also helps our skin to re-growth. We can make lots of things with mango e.g. mango pie, mango chart, ice-cream, shakes, bar, salad and juice. It has two stage, green or unripe mango, contain a large portion of starch is gradually changes into glucose and maltose. Unripe mango is sour to taste, so we can have it with salt, pepper and sugar, pickles can be made by unripe mangoes.

Papaya is the delicious fruit among the others. It is soft and buttery flavoured in taste. Papaya is also two types. Unripe papaya can be used as a vegetable item; you can use it in vegetable soup. Papaya which is yellow in colour, it contains vitamin A,B, C, E, K, potassium and dietary fibre. If you apply papaya paste on your skin it glows, it can also reduce dark spots. It protects the diabetic patient from heart attack because it has great source of vitamin C, A and E.

Peach fruit contains vitamin A, C and potassium. It is a digestive juice. It helps our skin to glow. Peaches are used in desert and appetizer with the combination of different flavour and nutrition. There are different types of peaches melting flesh peaches, which becomes soft over time. Non melting peaches are orange in colour with no red. Peento peaches have many different colours and flavours. Doughnut peaches are shaped like doughnut. They are seasonal.

Persimmon is a fruit which is sweet slightly astringent in flavour and cold in nature. Persimmon can give relief from fever, lungs, stop diarrhea and can produce body fluids. It is good for constipation, lowering blood pressure. In case of hypertension, persimmon can be granted.

Pineapple contains vitamin C which is a remedy of fever. Pineapple contains low fat and cholesterol content. But when we have pineapples we should drink for sometime specially milk, it has diverted effect. It helps several enzymes present in our body to create energy. Minerals like magnesium present in pineapples help us to make connective tissues and bones. Pineapples are a natural medicine for eyesight. Almost all the vitamins are present in pineapple. We can have pineapple juice everyday because we need vitamin C in a rich amount, it is essential for our digestive system.

Strawberries contain folic acid which helps to maintain a good memory. Strawberries also contain zinc which helps to increase sexual activity in men and women’s life very much; both partners should have strawberry juice or bear strawberries with honey in a small amount before they get ready for love at night. It can also improve heart function and can control blood pressure. It is important for skin too. Strawberry also contains minerals like calcium, potassium and magnesium, which improves cell breathing.

Watermelon is a fat free fruit and it is an anti cancer fruit, which helps to supply fluids in our body by its juice. Watermelon juice helps to remove dark spot from face. It contains vitamin A, C and E. It is highly sell in summer. It is also a remedy of constipation. When you travel to one country to another you can carry a home-made watermelon juice because it can give you energy most. It can heal our body from dehydration because it contains fluids which help our cell to move on quickly. Minerals like potassium and magnesium are present in this fruit
