After you made it once, you won't need to measure again. I am giving you the measurements of the ingredients just to start you off.

Make this Easy Egg Salad Recipe as a Sandwich, Salad or Wrap. Eggs are high in protein, low in fat and calories and good for you. Keeps you full and satisfied. Eat after a workout or before taking the all important test. See Gluten Free Suggestions above.

To me Miracle Whip is much tastier than regular Mayonnaise but use what you like. It appears to be a lot of ingredients but all you really have to do is put 2 eggs in a bowl, 2 TBS Miracle Whip and Dashes of Salt, Pepper and whatever else you prefer.

Pepper Mill - 4.5 STAR Average Reviews

Part of an Amazon 5 STAR Review:

Literally the best pepper mill I have ever used. Finally got to see it in person at my parents' house and was blown away by the simplicity of the design of this thing. Here's a list of why it is great:

- Really sturdy. Made out of plastic, but seems very durable.

- The size is PERFECT for holding in your hand (this was one of my biggest fears because the picture makes it look quite big in my opinion).

This looks very easy to turn and grind out freshly ground pepper for a stronger pepper flavor.

I hope you all enjoy this super simple egg salad recipe. I like using Miracle Whip better than mayo because it has more flavor and zip. The celery seeds boost the flavor too. Using a grater to grate the eggs looks prettier but it take more time so I now just break it up with a fork.

Camden, I hope your son enjoys this.
