Easy strawberry cheesecake for a quick dessert recipe. My family loves dessert and strawberry cheesecake is one of their favorites. I have an easy dessert recipes to share with you that you can easily make to satisfy your sweet tooth. I make my cheesecake when I need a quick dessert recipe. It is served chilled and is a great dessert for any occasion and is an easy recipe recipe. I make it in a spring form pan to make it easy to serve since there are no side of a pan to get in the way with cutting and serving when the sides are sprung from the pan.
If you don't have a spring form pan you can make this cheesecake in a regular pie pan. It will be a little more difficult to serve but will be tasty all the same. Since I love to cook and back I have a spring form pan which has several inserts, including one for a bunt cake. When you make this cheesecake you can use various toppings. I sometimes use apricots, blueberries, or raspberries instead of the strawberry topping. Sometime when I don't have fresh strawberries I use preserves instead.
I like to use a pound cake mix for my crust. When it comes out of the refrigerator the crust has more of a cookies texture. If you prefer not to do any baking you can use a ready made store bought graham cracker or cookie crust. This will save you time and is especially good during the warm months if you don't want to heat up the kitchen. An easy recipe with no cooking is always the best.

Easy Strawberry Cheesecake
Easy Dessert Recipe
Â½ box pound cake mix
Â¼ pound butter or margarine
Melt butter, pour pound cake mix into a bowl with melted butter. Mix until all particles are mix into butter. Pour into a spring form pan and press with a spoon to flattened crust completely to the bottom of the pan. Bake 20-30 minutes at 350 degrees.
2 cups of fresh strawberries
2 teaspoons of strawberry jelly
Clean and slice fresh strawberries, mixed with of strawberry jelly and refrigerate.
1 12 ounce container cool whip or other whipped topping
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 ounce package of cream cheese-softened
1/3 cup sugar
Mix all these 4 ingredients in a bowl by hand until they are blended together Pour into the cooled crust and refrigerate for 2-3 hours. Slice and serve topped with strawberry mixture.
