What's an Italian party without red wine, right? So, have plenty of bottles of red wine handy. You can serve cappuccino, espresso or lattes to guests that don't drink alcohol. Have your drinks ready so that you can offer them to your guests as they arrive.
Italian Red Wine
1. Amarone - Dry with a low acid content.
2. Barbera - A light to medium bodied red that is a bit fruitier in flavor characteristics.
