Updated on June 19, 2014

Juicing during your pregnancy can make sure that not only you, but your baby as well gets a plethora of vital vitamins and nutrients. I love juicing and would love to carry it over during my pregnancies. I love the glow it gives me, and the energy just can't be beat by a morning cup of coffee. I wanted to make sure that while I am trying to get pregnant and during my pregnancy I could continue to juice without hurting me or the baby. So I dug my heels in and did a bit of research on the topic. I learned a lot of great tips, and trick for juicing while pregnant and I just had to share! I also came up with some amazingly delicious recipes for all the expecting mommies or anyone else for that matter to try and enjoy!

Ginger is fantastic for settling the upset stomach and nausea that is commonly known as morning sickness. So by juicing it it helps ease the stomach upset while benefiting you in so many other ways! Endless studies has put ginger at the top of the list when it comes to treating nausea even when it comes face to face with pharmaceuticals. Ginger has been shown to have no adverse symptoms on the baby.

Peaches are great for mothers who are particularly struggling with anemia. Peaches provide an amazing amount of iron while having low potassium levels, helping keep anemia at bay. Vitamin C will help keep your skin looking bright and emphasize your pregnancy glow!
