Krispy Kreme Taste Alike Doughnuts

Updated on January 15, 2013

How to Make Taste Alike Krispy Kreme Glazed Doughnuts

Oh, the taste of a hot glazed Krispy Kreme Donut with a hot cup of coffee. But if you live in a small town like I do, their isn't a Krispy Kreme Donut shop within 100 miles. The sweet taste of the best doughnut in the world is so popular here, I have seen them sold on the side of the road. As you might imagine, after 100 miles and several days, they just are not the same.

Lucky for me, my family and friends; I have a recipe that tastes so close that a restaurant critic couldn't tell the difference. Sure, they have baked recipes, but the true doughnut aficionado wants them fried.
