Make Ahead Cheese and Artichoke Dip-3 Ingredients
This is the best hot baked dip ever. I usually serve it at all of my holiday parties, since it is so easy to make. The best thing about this dip is that it can be reheated in the microwave oven. I usually make it the day before my guests arrive and pop it into the microwave just before serving. Since it is served hot I use one of my prettiest baking dishes so it can be used straight from the oven with little fuss.
It can be used with any type of snack food. I use corn chips, crackers, and slice fresh vegetables with mine. My guest love it and in fact many have commented that it taste like crab dip. It is totally vegetarian and since I have not tasted crab dip I can't tell you it this is true.

- Dip Recipe:
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 8 ounce can artichokes chopped
- Drain artichokes and chop into bite size pieces.
- Place in a mixing bowl.
- Add mayonnaise and stir until completely mixed,
- Stir in parmesan cheese.
- Pour into an 8 x 8 casserole dish.
- Bake at 375 degrees until golden brown.
- Serve with crackers, chips, or vegetable sticks.
