Mini Crescent Burgers

These little jewels are excellent for parties as a appetizer or a small snack. With the Mini Crescent Burgers, you can add a bit of cheese to give them a little bit of a cheesy taste or they can be made with just hamburger. There are a excellent after school snack if you have children or say you are throwing a party and wish something fast and easy to make that is where the Mini Crescent Burgers are handy. They are easy to prep ahead of time by placing them in the Frigidaire then placed in the oven shortly before the party begins.

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1 envelope onion soup mix
  • 3 (8 ounce) cans refrigerated crescent rolls


  1. In a skillet, cook beef over medium heat until no longer pink; drain. Stir in the cheese and soup mix; set aside. Separate crescent dough into triangles; cut each triangle in half lengthwise, forming two triangles. Place 1 tablespoon of the beef mixture along the wide end of each triangle. Roll up; place pointed side down 2 in. apart on ungreased baking sheets. Bake at 375°: for 15 minutes or until golden brown.
