      @anonymous: Oh Tipi, that makes my mouth water. I love great salmon. Down south, they are mostly used for BBQ, but smoked fish sure sounds great.

      I don't have one but love anything smoked...especially fish....well, anything because its so delicious, I'm tantalized to get some smoked salmon or whitefish just thinking about it. When I was growing up, my uncle had a smoker next door that was wood fired and during the sucker run we got our fill....that's the only way I've ever eaten it, usually isn't considered a panfish where I grew up but great smoked! :)
