no bake pie recipes

These are some quick and easy dessert pies, on each one you can substitute a baked pie shell for the graham cracker crust, just make sure that the pie shell is completely cooled before using.

STRAWBERRY BAVARIAN PIE

INGREDIENTS

SMALL PACKAGE STRAWBERRY GELATIN

1 TABLESPOON SUGAR

1 CUP BOILING WATER

1/2 COLD WATER

10 OUNCE PACKAGE FROZEN STRAWBERRIES

1 CUP WHIPPED TOPPING, THAWED

BAKED PIE SHELL OR GRAHAM CRACKER CRUST

INSTRUCTIONS

Dissolve gelatin and sugar in boiling water. Add cold water and frozen strawberries. Stir until fruit thaws and separates. Chill until slightly thickened.

Add whipped topping, blend until smooth.

Pour into pie shell

chill until firm, about 4 hours

COCONUT CREAM PIE

INGREDIENTS

6 OUNCES CREAM OF COCONUT

1/4 CUP MILK

10 OUNCES MINI MARSHMALLOWS

3 CUPS HEAVY WHIPPING CREAM

2 CUPS COCONUT FLAKES

GRAHAM CRACKER PIE CRUST

DIRECTIONS

Mix cream of coconut with milk. Add marshmallows and cook over low heat until marshmallows melt.

Refrigerate for one hour or until mix starts to jell. Beat with mixer until frothy. Carefully fold in cream that has been whipped stiff. Blend in one cup of the coconut, by hand.

Pour into graham cracker crust and sprinkle with rest of coconut.

Refrigerate at least 6 hours before serving.

BLACK FOREST PIE

INGREDIENTS

8 OUNCE CONTAINER THAWED WHIPPED TOPPING

1 CUP COLD MILK

SMALL (4 SERVING) PACKAGE CHOCOLATE PUDDING MIX

1 CUP CHERRY PIE FILLING

GRAHAM CRACKER PIE CRUST

INSTRUCTIONS

Spread one cup of whipped topping in bottom of pie crust.

Combine milk and pudding mix, mix at low speed for one minute. Fold in 1 1/2 cups whipped topping.

Spread over first layer in bottom of pie crust.

Spread remaining whipped topping over top of chocolate layer, Make the topping thicker on the edges so a depression is formed over most of the pie. Into this depression, spoon the cherry pie filling.

Chill at least 2 hours before serving

CHOCOLATE BANANA PIE

INGREDIENTS

1 CUP SOUR CREAM

1 CUP MILK

4 OUNCE PACKAGE INSTANT CHOCOLATE PUDDING MIX

3 BANANAS

GRAHAM CRACKER PIE CRUST OR BAKED PIE CRUST

DIRECTIONS

Beat sour cream and milk until smooth. Mix in pudding mix until smooth and slightly thickened. Slice bananas and place in bottom of pie crust. Pour chocolate mix over the bananas and refrigerate until set, about one hour.

CREAMY PUMPKIN PIE

INGREDIENTS

1 CUP CANNED PUMPKIN

1/2 CUP COLD MILK

LARGE PACKAGE (6 SERVING SIZE)VANILLA FLAVOR INSTANT PUDDING MIX

1 TEASPOON PUMPKIN PIE SPICE

8 OUNCE CONTAINER WHIPPED TOPPING, THAWED

GRAHAM CRACKER CRUST

DIRECTIONS

Combine pumpkin, milk, pudding mix and spice in small bowl. Beat for one minute on low speed.

Fold in 2 1/2 cups of whipped topping.

Spoon into pie crust. Freeze until firm, about 4 hours.

Top with rest of whipped topping.

CLASSIC DREAM PIE

INGREDIENTS

2 ENVELOPES WHIPPED TOPPING MIX

2 3/3 CUPS COLD MILK

1 TEASPOON VANILLA

2 SMALL (4 SERVING SIZE) PACKAGES CHOCOLATE INSTANT PUDDING MIX

1 BAKED PIE SHELL OR GRAHAM CRACKER CRUST

DIRECTIONS

Prepare whipped topping mix with one cup of milk and the vanilla, using large mixing bowl.Use package directions.

Add rest of milk and the pie filling. Blend well and beat at high speed for at least 2 minutes, making sure to scrape the bowl occasionally.

Spoon into pie shell and chill at least 4 hours.
