Olive Oil Spray Mister Dispenser Spritzer

Updated on April 6, 2018

Olive Oil Healthy Spray Mister Dispenser spritzer

One of the new finds in nutrition has been the use of Olive Oil instead of some of the other processed oils on the market. Olive oil has many more health benefits in it as compared with some of the other choices. One of the tools that I love in my kitchen is my olive oil mister. I can fill it with whichever olive oil that I choose and then all you do is pump before spraying. It is great! I love it! The type of fat found in whole olive oil is monounsaturated fatty acids. This is believed to be a healthy dietary fat.You want to try to use this instead of saturated fats and trans fats.

Try one of these pumps, and you also will love it.

Health benefits of Olive Oil

Olive oil is a completely natural juice from the olive which preserves the taste, scent, nutritional benefits, such as vitamins and other qualities of the olive fruit itself. Olive oil is exclusively the only vegetable oil which could be ingested as is - freshly pressed.

Monounsaturated fatty acids and polyunsaturated fats, instead of saturated fats and trans fats, could assist in lowering your risk of heart disease. To illustrate, Monounsaturated fatty acids may lower your total cholesterol and low-density lipoprotein cholesterol levels. They may also help with blood clotting. Monounsaturated fatty acids may also help insulin levels and blood sugar control, if you have type 2 diabetes.

Choose olive oil as an alternative to butter and stick margarine. Always keep your olive oil in a dark, cupboard.

Another benefit of Olive oil is that it is well supported by the stomach. In fact, olive oil's preventive use has a good effect on ulcers and gastritis. Olive oil triggers the secretions of bile and pancreatic hormones better than prescribed drugs. Therefore, it lowers the incidence of

gallstones.

Reports have exhibited that folks who ingested about 2 tablespoons - of virgin olive oil daily for 1 week demonstrated less oxidation of LDL cholesterol and higher levels of antioxidant compounds, particularly phenols, in the blood.

While all types of olive oil are sources of monounsaturated fat, EXTRA VIRGIN olive oil, from the first pressing of the olives, contains higher levels of antioxidants, especially vitamin E and phenols, since it is to a lesser extent processed.

Olive oil is distinctly one of the good oils, one of the healing fats.

Almost all folks do well with Olive oil because it does not disrupt the omega 6 to omega 3 ratio. The fatty acids in olive oil are in reality an omega-9 oil that is monounsaturated.

Use your own bottle of oil

There are so many benefits to these oil spritzers.

You just refill them with your own favorite oil and pump and use.

There are no other by products involved here. there are no unhealthy gases coming out from the spray.

Also there are no cans to throw away in the trash.

You are saving money by not having to buy continuous trow away cans.

You are using a more healthy oil.

I just love them.

Is Olive Oil in your kitchen?

@anonymous: Hi I have one and I use it often. I simply pump the top until you can tell it is "pressurized" and then just spray. Does that make sense? Let me know if not. I love mine, I love that I can put my choice of oil in it.Than k you for visiting my page.

I have a question about any of these misters. Do you have to pressurize them to use them? If you don't pressurize can you simply pump?
