Fast and Easy Pasta Tortellini Primavera Recipe

Tortellini can be made many different ways.

This Tortellini recipe is going to be fast and easy, your going to think you forgot something!

Just wait till everyone tastes it. They will love it!

Included in this one is Italian Sausage. It just adds Pizzaz and makes it a full meal. We are going to make it nice and creamy.

What you'll need

Prep time: 10 minutes Cooking time: 10 minutes

*1 package Italian sausage

* 1 cup sliced mushrooms ( leave them out if you don't like them)

* 1/2 cup chopped onion

* 1 package frozen creamed spinach (thawed)

* 1 can15oz diced tomatoes

* 1-1/2 tablespoon garlic powder or 1 large clove chopped finely

* 1 container 8 oz soft cream cheese

* 2-3 tablespoons butter or margarine

* 1/4 teaspoon salt

* 8-9 ounces frozen Tortellini

* 1/4 cup Parmesan grated cheese

Next

While adding all ingredients be sure to constantly stir

In a large skillet

Saute onions, sausage and garlic in butter, until sausage is almost/slightly done.

In this order: add spinach, cream cheese, tomatoes, tortellini, Parmesan cheese and salt.

Once this has all turned into a nice creamy sauce, You are Done.

When serving this dish you can have a nice crusty garlic bread on the side and/or salad.

Add a fresh Tomato-Cucumber side salad

Adding freshness and color to your Tortellini meal with this flavorful, creamy, tomato-cucumber salad.

This one's so simple. The hardest thing is cutting up the vegetables.

This salad has orange tomatoes, sweet red peppers, cucumber, red onions, green peppers, creamy Ranch dressing.

Serve with Crusty Bread

Garlic Bread fresh from the oven is nice. Any kind of bread fresh from the oven is nice!

Will add pizzaz to your Tortellini meal.
