Today for me in the kitchen is a lazy so I have decided to let my oven cook this meal for me I am going to make a very simple Honey–Mustard Pork Tenderloin using just 5 ingredients but it’s going to have plenty of flavors.
Honey–Mustard Pork Tenderloin
Ingredients
1 pound of pork tenderloin, trimmed
2 tablespoons of stone-ground mustard
4 teaspoons of honey
2 teaspoons of chopped fresh rosemary
3/4 teaspoon of chipotle powder
Methods
Preheat oven to 375°F. Line a baking dish with foil; coat foil with nonstick cooking spray. Place pork in baking dish; set aside.
In a small bowl combine mustard, honey, rosemary and chipotle powder. Spread on pork to coat evenly.
Roast pork, uncovered, 25 minutes or until an instant-read thermometer registers 145°F. Remove from oven and let stand 3 minutes before carving thin slices Serve warm.
