Great quotes about food and cooking in general can always be heard if you work long enough in the business. I worked as a cook for about 7 years and I can honestly say that I have never worked in another industry that focuses your mind so much as this one. With cooking it's all about speed, perfection, taste and looks - a combination that I've seen to cause some people to break down. Although I haven't worked in the industry for over 16 years, I still can relate to almost every quote listed below. I hope you find some of them as enjoyable as I do, and for you cooks out there, I hope some of them give you a chuckle.
