Mini Pie Pans - What to Use?

If you're itching to make a mini pie right now, there's no reason you can't use a regular muffin pan - or a mini muffin pan, if you want to get super-tiny. But if you're making mini pies on a regular basis, I think the best kind of pan is a mini cheesecake pan. Why? Because the bottoms come out. So you can push your pies up from underneath and not risk damaging or destroying them while you're taking them out. Just remember that they're deeper than you need them to be, and make your pie shells accordingly

If you want to make slightly bigger mini pies you can also get individual mini pie pans. Y'know. If you're not trying to feed the whole neighbourhood at once.

The Secret of Great Mini Pies...

Is to season and flavour them more generously than regular pies. You're only getting a tiny little bit of filling, so it has to really make an impact.

Kraft coupons are sometimes generously given straight from the local supermarket. You can get a handful of Kraft Coupons from the food shelves, fliers or from the product package itself.
