My First Time Rendang Experiences

Here we're gonna discuss about one of the most famous foods from Indonesia which is Rendang. Most people in Indonesia prefer to eat rendang as their main menu cause it is one of the best. The taste is magnificent.

Maybe from the presentation or from the look of it. it looks creamy and maybe you might think that it's not delicious at all. yeah. i admit that. i remember the first time i tried rendang. when i was about 12 years old. When my mom cooked rendang, i didn't like it cause from the look of it. it was creamy and i used to hate the color. But the aroma, it was brilliant. So i was thinking, how bad it is to just take a bite of this rendang. and WOW.. It was amazing.

I'm glad i tried to eat rendang last time, cause it is one of my favorite foods now.

Not sure if I've tried Rendang or not. My Mother in law is from Indonesia and she had several coconut milk and meat dishes that we would eat at family gatherings. She may have just called it something else.
