Lezatnya Bistik Jawa

Bingung hari ini mau masak apa?

Cobain yuk bistik jawa yang satu ini. Perpaduan daging sapi dengan rempah, tomat dan kecap manis; kemudian dihidangkan dengan setup sayuran dan kentang goreng. Paling sip dicocol dengan sambal botol dan dimakan hangat-hangat dengan nasi pulen yang masih mengepul. Pasti pengen nambah terus.

You have beef steak, carrots, beans and potato; and wondering what to cook for dinner tonight?

I strongly recommend you this delicious "javanese bistik". Combination of beef steak with spices, tomatoes and Indonesian kecap manis; then served with steam vegetables and french fries, this is my family's favorite dinner dish. We usually eat them with chilli sauce and best eaten with hot rice.

Resep Bistik Jawa

Bahan:

- 300 gr daging sapi has dalam, potong 2x4cm

- 3 sdm kecap manis

- 1/2 sdt pala bubuk, merica bubuk, kaldu sapi bubuk

- 2 sdm margain

- 1 siung bawang putih, cincang kasar

- 100 ml air (secukupnya)

- 1 butir tomat, potong jadi 8 bagian

- Buncis rebus, wortel rebus, kacang polong rebus dan kentang goreng untuk pelengkap

Cara Membuat:

1. Tumis bawang putih dengan margarine hingga layu

2. Masukkan daging sapi kurang lebih 3-5 menit hingga berubah warna dan kaku

3. Tambahkan bumbu2 di atas + tomat + air, aduk, didihkan hingga matang dan kuah menjadi agak kental & daging empuk.

4. Angkat dan hidangkan bersama setup sayuran & kentang goreng.

English Version

Ingredients:

- 300 gr beef steak or gravy beef, cut into 2x4cm

- 3 tsb of Indonesian kecap manis

- 1/2 nutmeg powder, white pepper, chicken stock powder

- 2 tsb of margarine

- 1 clove of garlic

- 100ml water

- 1 tomato, cut into 8

- Steamed beans, steamed carrot, steamed peas and french fries

How to make:

1. Stir fry gardic with margarine

2. Add beef, stir fry for 3 - 5 minutes until the color changes

3. Add the spices above + tomato + water, stir. Cook until beef is thoroughly cooked and the sauce is reduced.

4. Served with steamed vegetables, french fries & rice.
