Some simple recipes
Everyday meals that can be made in less than 30 minutes. They are simple and easy and requires no special skills. My style is mostly Chinese family style cooking.

- Sesame cold noodles - This one was written for eBay guide.
- A fish dish - This can be made with any of a variety of fish fillets. Which ever is on sale would be fine. Just cook the fish in a pan of water with some fresh ginger for approx. 10 minutes. Make a sauce with some oil, chopped ginger, chopped scallion and soy sauce and oyster sauce. Placed the fish fillet on a plate and pour over the sauce. That's it. It is a simple and healthy dish.
3. Scallion Chicken
This dish is one of my favorite. You can cook a whole chicken or with chicken parts in a pot of water with some scallions and salt for approx. 40 minutes or until cooked. In a separate small pot, add some cooking oil or olive oil, some diced ginger, lot of diced scallion and a few teaspoon of salt. Cut up the chicken into small 2 inch pieces. Once the oil is sizzling, remove from pot and pour over the chicken. That's all there is to it.
Cooking is not hard. Once you know a few simple techniques, the rest comes naturally. In most cases. there is one trick that makes the dish a success. Once you identify that trick, the rest is easy.
