- Put the chicken( optional) in a slow cooker, potatoes, mushrooms, onions, garlic, wine, rosemary, salt and pepper. Mix.
- Cook until the potatoes are cooked, about 5 hours.
- Serving suggestion: Add vinegar, stir well and serve hot.
Slow cooked Vegan stuffed cabbage
You can make this recipe either in a slow cooker or oven.

- 2 pickled cabbages ( you need the leaves)
- 500 g rice
- 3 large carrots
- 3 large onions
- 1 parsnip
- 100 g ground peanuts( you can make it from raw peanuts in a grinder)
- 100 g ground pumpkin seeds ( take some pumpkin seeds and use the grinder)
- cold pressed oil
- 2 -3 tablespoons tomato paste or sun-dried tomato paste (in oil)
- Let's get to work! Because time is precious, yu can chop in the food processor onions, carrots and parsnip. Cook them in a few drops of oil and one cup of water until soft. 10 minutes is enough, as they will have plenty of time to cook in the slow cooker. Add well washed rice, the ground pumpkin seeds and ground peanuts, spices and salt. Mix well, cover with a lid and allow to cool. Meanwhile, prepare the cabbage leaves, take away the stubs, so you can fold the leaves easily.
- Carefully place the stuffed leaves in the slow cooker, place them in circle. Pour two cups of water, tomato paste mixed with two tablespoons of cold-pressed oil.
- Set the slow cooker on HighWarm (7-8h), and then Slow for 4-5 h.
