      I really appreciate your suggestion to wait to spice the food until people can do it themselves. This is really kind. In China they have this stuff called "numbing pepper" and if there is a lot of it your whole mouth goes numb and has this flavor you can't get out of your mouth. I wish people here would wait to add that to dishes they make! I would always leave it out!
