Spring Appetizer Recipe #1 Layered Caprese Salad
This is a super easy spring appetizer idea! Simply layer tomato slices with fresh mozzarella and basil leaves in stacks on a plate.
Using both red and yellow tomatoes will give this salad a pop. You can also drizzle it with a little olive oil or vinaigrette to add some additional flavor.
The fresh tomatoes and mozzarella give this salad a cool spring flavor your guests will love!

Easy Spring Appetizer #2 Strawberries and Brie
Strawberries are extra flavorful in the spring! Why not take advantage of their fabulous flavor and make an easy sweet spring appetizer by layering strawberry slices, brie cheese and a shortbread cookie.
You could also try other berries, simply slice blueberries or raspberries in half and use them to top your brie. Make a stunning platter with different types of berries.
#3 Cucumber Sandwiches Appetizer Recipe
~1 pkg Italian dressing mix
~1 pkg cream cheese
~cucumber sliced thinly
~1 mini loaf of rye cocktail bread
1. Mix the Italian dressing mix into the cream cheese.
2. Spread a thin layer of cream cheese mixture on each piece of rye bread.
3. Top with sliced cucumbers and sprinkle with dill.

#5 Fresh Fruit With Marshmallow Cream Dip
Fresh fruit and dip can make a wonderful sweet appetizer for spring party goers, or for an Easter brunch. Just add spring berries, and some grapes or pineapple or melon for fresh fruit flavor.
Spring Fruit Dip Recipe
1~ 8oz package of cream cheese
1~ 7 oz (small) jar of marshmallow cream
1-2 tablespoons of lemon (0ptional)
1. Let the cream cheese sit for a few minutes until it’s almost room temperature.
2.Mix the marshmallow cream, cream cheese, and the lemon together with a hand mixer.
The dip will keep for up to a week in the refrigerator or you can use it right away.
#6 Deviled Eggs
~6 hard boiled eggs
~1/4 cup Mayonnaise
~1 t Dijon Mustard
~paprika for garnish
1. Slice the boiled eggs in half length wise, and remove the yolks.
2. Place the yolks in a mixing bowl with the Mayonnaise, Dijon mustard. Mix together until well combined.
3. Spoon the yolk mixture back into the egg halves.
4.Sprinkle with paprika.

#9 Spring Berry Fruit Salad Mold
~4 envelopes gelatin (like Knox)
~2 cups apple juice
~2 cups water
~mini round gelatin molds
1. In a sauce pan heat the one cup of the apple juice and the water until boiling, then remove from heat.
2. In a bowl add the apple juice and sprinkle the gelatin over the top. Let it stand for about a minute.
3. Stir the mixture for about 5 minutes, or until the gelatin completely dissolves.
4. Put a handful of berries in each mini gelatin mold, then pour the gelatin mixture over the top. Chill for at least 3 hours until you're ready to serve.
Garnish with a sprig of fresh mint.
#10 Fresh Garden Salsa Salad
The fresh ingredients in this salsa make it a perfect choice for spring. This is spring with a little spice!
~1 can black beans
~1/2 bag frozen corn, thawed
~1/2 small sweet onion chopped
~1/4 cup fresh cilantro chopped
~1 clove minced garlic
~1 medium tomato chopped
~ 2 medium hot peppers (optional) chopped
~juice of one lime
Combine all of the ingredients in a medium bowl and refrigerate for a couple hours to let the flavors blend. Serve as an appetizer with sliced cucumbers, celery, or corn chips.
