1/2 kilo (1 pc) Tilapia fish or any fish you prefer, cleaned and scored
1/2 cup flour
Cooking oil for deep frying
1 1/2 cups water or meat stock
1/2 cup catsup
3 Tbsp. Vinegar
1/2 cup of sugar
46 g red bell pepper, julienne
46 g green bell pepper, julienne
81 g pineapple, diced
2 tbsp cornstarch, dissolved in
1/4 cup water
1 pack seasoning mix of your choice (optional)
30 g carrots, julienne
10 g onions leeks, julienne
