As much as I love cooking, it's often hard to find enough time to make meals which are healthy, simple and delicious at the same time. That was a reason why I was so lucky to get this recipe!
This recipe was shared by one of my friends and as soon as I made it for the first time, it became one of my favorites and often served as a side dish on our table.
If you have a crave for the sweets, this recipe will be perfect for you! Sweet and healthy... Honey and Carrots! What more can someone ask for!?

What you'll need to make this healthy side dish....
For 4 people:
8 - 10 carrots, sliced,
1 onion, finely chopped,
3 - 4 tbsp. butter,
warm water or bouillon,
1 - 2 tbsp. honey
Sweet Honey Carrots Recipe
Simple, healthy and yummy!
Fry finely chopped onion on butter until onion becomes glassy.
Add sliced carrots, salt and pour over with bouillon until it's all covered.
Stew until most of bouillon vaporizes and carrot is nice and soft.
Add honey, stir and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
Serve with roasted pork or chicken.
Caution notice: First time I cooked this recipe, this was hardly enough for 2 people! That's how yummy it is!

And yes, it does include, many many recipes..... some easy, some a bit more difficult.... but all of them are a must-have for a honey lover.
