That time of the year came when the rain is pouring outside and you want something hot and tasty to heat yourself. What can be better than a chicken soup? I can tell you it is definitely my favorite dish for such rainy and chilly days.
I love spending time in the kitchen and trying new recipes. However, an easy to make dish is always welcomed. This is the case with this delicious chicken soup.

- 1/2 kilo chicken breast
- 1 big onion
- 2 carrots
- 1 parsnip
- soup noodles
- salt & pepper

Preparation time: 30 - 40 minutes.

- Peel the onion, cut the carrots and the parsnips in small cubes and put them boil together with the meat.
- When the meat is boiled, take it out, let it cool a bit, then cut it into small pieces and add it back into the soup.
- Take the onion out and add the noodles, salt, pepper and the parsley.
- Let it boil until the noodles are done.
