Bead & Butter Cooking Club Guidelines
To LEARN, TEACH and EAT a wide variety of international "home-cooked" meals, including appetizers, main dishes, and desserts; and have FUN doing it!
BBCC dishes should be replicable with ingredients bought in Jakarta (unless the teacher is providing the imported "secret" ingredient for everyone!)
Ingredients are to be purchased by the teacher-of=the-day based on total RSVP (and will be compensated from Class Fees collected). There should be dnough purchased and prepared so that each member of the class has significant sample of the dish upon completion.
Members may use their own kitchen for class.
Emily's kitchen is always available to anyone needing a classroom.

Today's cooking class is taught by Cecile Smith, from Surprise Arizona. The Bread & Butter Club was originated to help ladies learn, teach and eat.
The recipes that CeCi is sharing with the class are: Indonesian Iced Lemon Tea, Soto Ayam with coconut milk, and Yummy Bruschetta.
