Turkey Shaped Rice Krispies Treats

Turkey Shaped Rice Krispies Treats are a fun and great way to serve your family and friends. These treats are a colorful and festive treat! This is a great tasting treat that will please the crowd. How great are these Turkey Rice Krispie Treats? They are Fast and Easy to make so they are the perfect snack for this busy time of year. Make the treat that looks the part and tastes so great! Thanksgiving is all about the turkey so make them apart of your desserts too. Kids and adults will both love and enjoy them! They are a great way to live up your party!

Rice Krispie Treats Shaped like a Turkey


3 tablespoons margarine or butter

1 (10 ounce) package marshmallows

6 cups Kellog's cocoa krispies cereal

candy corn

red-hot candies


peanut butter


1. In a large microwave safe bowl, heat margarine and marshmallows at HIGH for 3 minutes, stirring after 2 minutes. Stir until smooth.

2. Add Kellogg's Cocoa Krispies. Stir until well coated. Using spatula coated with cooking spray or waxed paper, press mixture into 15 1/2 x 10 1/2 x 1-inch pan coated with cooking spray.

3. When slightly cooled, shape cereal mixture into body and head shape using buttered hands. Place on waxed paper or a surface coated with cooking spray. Allow to cool.

4. Spread peanut butter over turkey body and sprinkle with cocoa krispies cereal. Decorate with red hot candies and miniature marshmallows for eyes and candy corn for beak.

5. Break off sides of twisted pretzels and insert into body for tail feathers. Insert pretzel rods for legs.
