2 tablespoons hemp seed

1/2 cup spinach
1/2 cup kale
1/2 cup wild blueberries
1/2 cup raspberries
2 ice cubes
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Mix the non-dairy milk, protein and greens powder, banana, cinnamon, and vanilla extract in a blender. It is best to get these blended first before adding the other ingredients. Then put the spinach, kale, blueberries, raspberries, banana, and ice cubes in, and re-blend. Continue to blend until at desired consistency.
Pour from blender into a cup, and you're ready to go!
