Ultimate Cheeseburger Recipe
200g. Ground Beef
Sliced American Cheese
1tbsp. Habanero Ketchup
1. Make the sauce. Add in a bowl: mayo, habanero ketchup, mustard and half a finely chopped up dill pickle. Add a little bit of pickle juice to enhance the flavor.
2. Making the patty. Divide the beef equally in to two balls. Season the beef well with salt and pepper. Then rub the pan with butter and smash the beef balls to transform in to patties. Cook the patties a minute on each side. Place the cheese on top of the patty while cooking.
3. Caramelized onion. Put a tbsp of butter in a separate pan and half a onion sliced. Season the onions with salt and black pepper while caramelizing them. (Do this while the patties are still being made.)
4. Assemble. Toast the buns in the same pan as the patties. Spread some sauce on the bottom and top bun, then place the two patties, top it with some caramelized onions and close the burger.
