Breakfast In Bed...Guys You Can Even Make This Easily

Champagne Mimosas For Two

Fill two champagne flutes with chilled sparkling wine, top with fresh orange juice and 1 tbsp of grand marnier or triple sec.

Raspberry and Orange Yogurt Parfaits

2 cups plain Greek Yogurt

1 orange, peeled, de-membraned and chopped

1/2 cup fresh or frozen raspberries, thawed

1/4 cup granola

Reserve 2 tbsp each of yogurt, raspberries and granola as toppings. Layer the yogurt, orange, raspberries and granola in two parfait glasses. Repeat. Decoratively garnish with the reserved yogurt, raspberries and granola.

Blueberry Dutch Baby For Two

5 tbsp butter, divided

1/2 cup milk

3 eggs

1 tsp vanilla

pinch of salt

1/2 tsp cinnamon

1/2 cup flour

1/2 cup blueberries, fresh or frozen

Turn the oven on to 450 degrees F and put a 12 inch oven proof skillet or pie plate in the oven at the same time.

On the stove, put a fry pan on medium heat and add 3 tbsp of the butter. Swirl the butter around in the pan until it starts to turn brown and has a nutty smell. It will sizzle and pop but when it gets quiet, watch it carefully so it doesn't burn. Pour it right away into a large bowl.

Pour the 1/2 cup milk into the butter and mix it vigorously with a large spoon or whisk. An immersion blender works great for this. Add the 3 eggs and the teaspoon of vanilla and continue beating until the mixture is smooth and bubbly.

Add the pinch of salt, the 1/2 teaspoonful of cinnamon and the 1/2 cup of flour. Continue to beat until the batter is smooth.

Carefully take the skillet or pie plate out of the oven and put the remaining two tablespoons of butter into it and return it to the oven for a minute or so until the butter is melted. Carefully, without burning yourself remove the skillet or pie plate from the oven again. If you are using a foil pie plate you may want to sit it on a cookie sheet now so it wont buckle when you put it back in the oven.

Pour the batter into the center of the skillet or pie plate, drop the blueberries evenly over the batter and put it back in the oven.

Put the timer on for 15 minutes and make the coffee.

The dutch baby should be all puffed up and golden brown.

Take it out of the oven, cut it into pieces and put it on two plates.

You can put syrup, jam, jelly, marmalade, honey and even whipped cream on top.

See you're a genius.

Valentine Dessert For Two - 4 Ingredient Chocolate Lava Cake For Two Recipe

What would Valentines Day be without chocolate somewhere. This dessert is so easy. You put the ingredients right into a heat proof mug or dish and mix it up. No extra dishes to wash. So:

Into your favorite coffee cup or dessert dish put:

4 tbsp flour

1/4 tsp baking powder

1/4 cup nutella

3 tbsp milk (regular, almond or silk, your choice)

Turn the oven on to 350 degrees F. Take a fork or mini whisk and beat the batter in the cup until it is completely mixed and smooth. Scrape down the sides and bottom with a mini spatula so there are no dry pockets.

Put the cups on a baking tray with sides and put them in the oven for 16 to 18 minutes until the tops are puffed but the middle is still gooey. Remove from the oven.

Garnish with chopped hazelnuts, whipped cream, ice cream or even a dribble of frangelico. It will sit nicely in the sunken middle that forms as the cake cools.
