These baseball cupcakes are easy to make.
I used the Wilton Mini Bar Pan to bake the cupcakes, and Wilton decorating tip #3 round for the ball laces and #16 for the star to cover the cupcakes in white icing.

Here's a summer cupcake idea for Memorial Day, The Fourth of July, or any summer party. I used mini cupcakes to put this one together, but it would work just as well for regular sized cupcakes. It takes 48 cupcakes total to make the flag.

I made a panda cupcake by piping white icing with a Wilton # 12 tip, just squeeze the icing, and let it build up.
I also used the #12 tip to pipe icing up one side, across the top, and back down to form the panda's arms and shoulders.

Pumpkin Patch Cupcakes
Ice your cupcakes with chocolate icing, and add pumpkin candies to the top. Have your preschooler add chocolate sprinkles, to make your icing look like a muddy field. You can also use gel icing to add vines and leaves to your pumpkins.
Spider Web Cupcakes
Ice your cupcakes with white icing, use black gel icing to create a spider web pattern to the top of the cupcake. You can also add a plastic spider ring to each cupcake for a finishing touch.
Candy Corn Pinwheel Cupcakes
Ice your cupcakes with white, chocolate, or yellow icing. Add a few fall sprinkles to the center of the cupcake. Add 8 candy corns around the sprinkles to create a pinwheel, or daisy shape.
Rest In Peace Cupcakes
Ice your cupcakes with chocolate icing. Insert a chocolate covered graham cookie to make a tombstone, with RIP written across the top with white gel icing. Add chocolate sprinkles to the cupcake for a finishing touch.
