Rainbow Cake Ingredients
- Wheat flour 375 grams
- Eggs 5 grains, we take the egg whites only
- 4 teaspoons of baking powder
- Salt 1/2 tsp
- Butter without (choose with no salt) 250 g
- Granulated sugar 450 grams
- Vanilla powder 2 teaspoons
- Liquid Milk 350 ml
- Butter (for greasing the pan slightly to bake)
- Corresponding color food coloring tastes (eg, yellow, red, green, blue) to taste

How To Make A Rainbow Cake
- Prepare the oven and turn it on at a temperature of approximately 175 degrees Celsius.
- Prepare a baking sheet (size according to taste, recommendation diameter 23 cm), spread with butter.
- Combine baking powder, salt and flour, set aside.
- Mix the sugar and butter with mixer, then add the egg whites, mixer until fluffy.
- Enter the flour and vanilla powder, stir again, after a flat insert liquid milk.
- Separate the dough and fit the desired color, for example, so the 5 sections of color, and give the food coloring.

How To Make Lemon Buttercream
- 9 Eggs, we take the egg whites
- Granulated sugar 350 gr
- Butter (no salt) 500 g
- lemon juice or lemon extract 2 teaspoons
How to make Buttercream
- Combine sugar and egg whites in a pan and cook over a small flame.
- Stir until sugar melts
- lift the dough and stir with a maximum speed of mixer.
- Once the dough is chilled, lower the speed of your mixer and add the butter a little bit.
- Stir constantly until thoroughly blended.
- Then insert the lemon water or lemon extract, mixer until blended.
- Lemon buttercream for the Rainbow Cake is ready.

Well, Baking a cake is not just by following the way, the recipes. Sometimes you need to be creative in doing something, cause maybe your creativity may create something new, right?
I was thinking about adding different taste on each color of rainbow cake. I mean for instance like maybe Red with a Strawberry taste, or Orange with an Orange taste and so on. It would be great right? I've never tried it though.
