Because this is what happens when you give them your money. Even with all the rules and oversight means testing audits and on an on blah, blah, blah... they still can't do anything right! 9 billion dollars unaccounted for. I wonder how many people you could give a job to if you had 9 billion dollars. How many of hungry could you have fed or hte homeless could you have housed? Yes, let's give the government more of our money so they can build a better world for all of us!
You're too funny.
8.7 billion reasons why government cannot be trusted. WOW!
I think I can honestly say I have 100 Trillion reasons why government cannot be trusted, but that's just me.
The money was from a very specific fund that only contained $9.1 Billion. So yeah you can't trust them.
It's a total lie. They know exactly where the money went.
Make a little mistake on your taxes and they are all over you but they can't account for 95% of the money set up in a very specific fund?
The Military is designed to lie and deceive everyone including the American Public.
Congress just recently approved a $7.5 Billion Aid package to Pakistan.
The only people not getting money from the Government are the Working Class Americans... they are getting screwed.
What is your point?
You are no better than he is...you keep pointing out what people already know.....YOU provide nothing to the conversation, because you are not adding anything new.
Or did you not notice that in my post.
Please, preach elsewhere or to someone else. I would be the last person on this damn planet you need to explain anything to about this pathetic government, who apparently believes they are untouchable.
Are you trying to move up on the list of Trolls?
Apparently you can speak on behalf of everyone else. You are so smart. I'm so impressed.
The point is if you have 100 jelly beans in a jar (I'm making this very simple so your very simple mind can follow along... I do that for Trolls) and you take 95 of them out. You can't tell anyone that you don't know where those 95 Jelly Beans went.
Kudos to you now you can go tell all the other Second Graders what you learned at Online Hubpages Internet School today.
So you are willing to admit that Bush Stole jelly beans to get elected? Will you admit he concocted a war in order to steal billions of jelly beans? Will you also admit that the problem is not our Government structure, but the people that sometime have control of our Government? And, don't you think our founding Fathers had Great insight when the made it law that no President could serve more than 2 terms? This way, no crook can rape and rob our Country forever. And it gives our Country a chance to recover from whatever damage that President causes.
Do you have proofs? That is the Billion Dollar question? All people from all walks of life keep on yakking about what is already known, parroting what is obvious (what they have heard or posted elsewhere in the internet, newspapers or boards etc), but they are selective in hearing or reading news, they just keep on feeding their own minds with what they like to read, then they come in the forum to post this and that, not for any discussion purposes at all, but to be simply be nice and good to the people who agree with them if not, the others point of view is trash.
Why not post something like, what we can we do about this?
Before you can do something about a problem, you have to recognize and admit there is a problem. Of course there will be different ideas on how to prevent this from happening again. The left will suggest we pass more laws, add more bureaucracy, another oversight of the oversight committee and a congressional bi-partisian panel to oversee and report to he congresional committee who will file a report with the President who will discuss it with the appropriate czars.
The right will say stop spending and my suggesting is to get out of Iraq, bring our troops hone and cut defnese spending in half.

If people can't be trusted to govern themselves...why are a select few trusted to govern us all?

Would you be willing to pay more taxes if you trusted the government to spend it appropriately?

I was on facebook earlier today, and a friend of mine posted a Youtube video about just how much money is being used to support the Bush tax cuts for the rich. 100 Billion dollars of the average tax payer's money! Which amounts to over $83,000.00 a year for a single individual making over...

Sometimes I read a ludicrous headline and I give my head a shake and then just get on with the business of living my life - at other times I need to "spill". This headline is one of those times - BP is going to pay for the cleanup? This is one of those catastrophes (man made)...

The blame for the deaths of the first responders, the mulitple injuries and significant property loss from the West, Texas fertilizer plant explosion lays exclusively with the Texas State legislature and Governor Rick Perry. Governor Perry has touted for years the fact that businesses should move...

Now wait... It's a simple question prompted by a current read J. Edgar Hoover - The Man and The Secrets by Curt Gentry, and it chronicles Hoover's FBI up to his death. It is very cynical, relative to FBI leadership and its unfettered actions. By unfettered I mean wherever Hoover ran into an...
