how to prevent sunstroke in hot summer days effectively?

   In hot summer days, if you go out in a long time, you may feel swimmy. you may attack sunstroke that will make you extremely uncomfortable.

   Wow thank you for help understand I did that swimmy well really
   
   But floaty at night after sunstroke on cold summer days - normal that be?
   
   Am also extremely uncomfortable with tight undies when out in a long time, in crowding places - normal be that you think?

   Heat stroke can be very serious and should not be taken lightly.
   
   Here a a few things you should do in order to prevent heat stroke occurring:
   
        1.  Drink plenty of Water if you are outside. Make
            sure that you have a drink at least every 15-20 minutes
   
        2.  You should wear clothes that are light coloured
            of a light weight. Wear a hat that has a wide brim. 
            Sun glasses are always a good idea as well.
   
        3. Apply a Sunscreen Protection Cream with an SPF of at
            least 15 or more.
        4. Take frequent rests in a shady area.
   
        5. If you are inside your home you can put the
           air-conditioning. You could even cover the windows
           by closing your blinds or pulling curtains closed.
   
   I hope this information I have supplied will be of help and prevent you or your family from being affected by heat stroke.

   I sincerely hope that after supplying this advice regarding such a serious subject, people will take more can to avoid Sunstroke when they are out in the sun.

   Always use umbrella,sunglasses,sun jacket while going outside.Eat cool,healthy foods with lots of water.Use mint cream and juice with mint.try to avoid sun as much as you can.
