it is no where to be found????
I've never had this happen before. Makes me wonder if they are censoring it. Anyone else ever have this problem? The title of the hub is: Is Bank of America a Good Bank?
Would someone mind trying to put it into google and see if they can find it.
Thanks
I put in the term as a phrase in " " There were approx. 8,600 results for the phrase. Your hub is on page 2 of the results, second from the bottom.
Nb I am in the UK and used Google.co.uk
Ok, I just tried again and didn't see it..Did you use google? And you just put the exact phrase "Is Bank of America a Good Bank" ?
I even put it in with the exact phrase under advanced search and it wasn't there. It was in godlike productions but not under hubpages.
Very interesting that you are in the UK and able to get it but I can't here. Hmmm.
I found a Yahoo Answers article with the same title on the first page of Google. I live in Texas. It also appears that there is a massive amount of complaints about customer service judging from the titles.
Yeah I know but no where is the article that I wrote. It's weird because all my other articles posted pretty fast ...all except this one.
Hi Brie, I tried last night and couldnt find your hub either on searching today though i found your hub at number 9 on the first page of google well done.....jimmy
There is a copy of your article here: hxxp:www.godlikeproductions.com/forum1/message1618775/pg1
It was posted by someone calling themselves Brie217. Did you post it or someone else?
edit: I just noticed it links back to your hubpage.
This kind of duplicate content is going to get you hit by Google.
It will also get you hit by Hubpages if you are the poster.
Why would it hurt anything since it is a direct link back to my article?..yes I posted it
It doesn't appear that the hub is indexed yet. I can't find it when searching for the URL.
If you have posted a copy of the hub anywhere else then both are duplicates of each other. You may own both, but it is still duplicated and eventually HP will unpublish the one here when they find it. Google may well penalize you as well.
I also put it in Bing and Yahoo as well as Google..and yet nothing..it's not there.
If you post the article two places it will get flagged as duplicate. HubPages only wants unique content, that means it can't be anywhere else even if you wrote it.
I didn't post it..I just put a link back to the article...is that the same thing?
I thought the whole text was posted there. A link is fine if that is all it is.
I might have put a summary..can't remember
I just pinged the article so maybe that will do it. I just find the whole thing weird because usually I can google an article ..maybe a few hours after writing it and it's there..but not this one.
On the articles page it has places to "share" the article in reddit, in digg in stumble, ...what's the difference?
When you submit a url to a search engine it is not instantaneously indexed. Maybe the bots have been busy and haven't got to it yet.
maybe but it's been about a day...I'll check again later.
I hate to throw a we towel in here, but I've had hubs that took 6 weeks to index. Very unusual, but it can happen.
I'm glad you commented..maybe that's it but still its odd when compared to all my other articles. I've done nothing different with this one and yet it's invisible.
Congrats, Brie. Your hub is duplicated on another website word for word by you! Er, don't know if you have Google Adsense, but if you do, they ain't going to be happy.
Every minute it stays there just increases your chances of being notified by the big G. On the other hand, the site does have a Google Pagerank of 5, so that is pretty good. Personally I would not have put a copy of a hub on another site as it will get flagged eventually. You may be informed around the same time the hub appears in search results... oh well...not sure advertising it here was a good idea...unless you know something I don't. *winks*
But I enjoyed reading it, Brie!
I checked godlike productions and I guess I did put quite a bit of the article on there..so I took all but a few sentences out. Maybe that will help?
If it's more than maybe 10% of your hub I'd taken even more. I don't know where the line is that makes a hub unacceptable to HP, but it isn't really very high. Even a bunch of quotes can trip it - I've seen people quoting the bible too much and having problems as a result.
I'd be leery of more than a sentence or two, Brie. That's all it takes for a good backlink and anything else should be written fresh just to be safe.
Well it made some money in Google Adsense so I guess it's out there somewhere.
It's showing up for me in quotes at #2 on Google
Thanks I'll check again..is it showing up as from hubpages?
YES!!!! Finally it's listed...that was the longest time I've ever had to wait to get listed. Thanks for all your help!
I was especially concerned as today there is a lot of news about B of A and I wanted to get it in google...again thanks for all your help!

Aside from sharing my article links on Facebook, what are some tried and true ways of increasing traffic/reads to our articles? I'm new; 3 weeks in, have 10 published and featured articles so far. I'm trying to figure out what the number on my profile photo means exactly. I know...

While keywords, as part of your article are indeed important to the SEO "thing," and, as part of your article, they should be spelled properly and in the correct grammatical format, the tags you add outside the article are also valuable.I am beginning to suspect, however, that when...

I'm in the process of migrating my content from my blog to HubPages and just transferred an article titled "Top 50 Men's Grooming Blogs for 2014." I just switched this article to HubPages a few moments ago (using a 301 redirect). I'm already on the first page of google for the key term...
