Hi all,
Just finished first Hub -- this is fun to use!
I see that the links in some Hubs are the nice blue color -- mine came out the flat gray color. How do you make your links blue.
AND, how do you add a photo to the into or to a text capsule?
Thank you very much!
Dennis
Links will turn gray only if they have been visited by the browser previously. It's a visual indicator to your readers. Here is one opinion about why changing visited link color is useful.
Hi DrDog,
Welcome to HubPages.
Don't worry about your links appearing gray in color. It will be visible in nice blue for all other viewers. Its showing gray because you already clicked on it.
You cannot add a photo inside the text capsule. There is variety of things you can add to your hubs just below the search box including photos when you are in the edit mode. You can move around and adjust the photo display settings once you add the photo capsule.
Have fun. And All the Best

Well, I think I got my feet wet -- and dried!
Your suggestions were perfect and I even figgered out the photo thing. Had to get that sleeping dog in there.
Thank you all for your help and the welcome!

After reading the latest new rule about spam, perusing the forums, and seeing my individual hubscores and hubscore average continue to go way down, I've concluded that my biggest problem may be too many photo links. My ad capsules are minimal. HP vets and staff, please give a look-see at a few of...
