Artfire is a good site. It has a lot of resources to help, and they help to promote the artist.

I use zazzle and have some modest success and now FineArtAmerica. Both of free to use. FFA has a 30.00 premium option which is a bargain. Good luck

Dose FFA or FineArt America accept Canadians?

          Interesting find

I can sell my original 3D sculpture on line and have prints sold of them too.
Do they or can they make prints for you.?

Yes Fine Art America makes prints but regular photo prints for artists are better priced here.

I think that Artfire, Zazzle and Etsy are all good spots to sell crafts of any kind.

RedBubble is like Zazzle for prints and paintings. Zazzle is good too, but I know artists who use both, saying that Zazzle makes more sales, but RedBubble makes slightly better prints. wink

Do a search there are lots of free places to promote your artwork. I do that and I sell on Etsy. It really doesn't matter where you sell them it is more about traffic and exposure. Any place you sell you have to promote.

I enjoy posting mine on PaintingsILove.com; paintings do sell there but it's really an artist community. You can use your link to post on Ebay or other sites. It's free for regular membership or 19.95/year for gold membership.

This is good information to know. I'm just wondering about how to ship the painting though. I do not know much about mailing, but I would someday like to sell my acrylic and tempera paintings.

Generally, for direct sales of tangible art, the sites that charge no fees also have no customers using them.
