      Can we please have the share counts back? I have hubs with thousands of likes and pins, and I like to keep an eye on them!

         With the old buttons, the counts were the main cause of slow load time. There is a way to implement counts with static buttons, but it's not a trivial project, unfortunately. We may bring counts back in the future, but for now we decided to leave them off since our AB tests showed that they did not make a significant difference in social shares.
         
         This isn't a perfect solution, but you can use Like Explorer to check up on your counts.

      Cool! I think it's a good choice, proven by experiment. They are noticeable and attractive buttons, more likely to be used.
