Just enjoying greatly my perfect cup of coffee...I decided a while back to cut back on drinking it in order to cut back on sugar intake.   I must coffee with sugar and cream.  I indulge only on the weekends...but lately...

Yummy the joy of a perfectly warm and sweet, creamy cup... big_smile

Just curious about how others treat themselves to their own likes!?  big_smile

Caviar - Osetra, Servuga, or Beluga.  At about 100.00 usd per ounce, it's a tremendous splurge; one I rarely treat myself to.

    Marshmallows.

    No. Meringues.

Marshmallows. Meringues. I'm having two. Oh coffee too. Three then big_smile

And I've never felt guilty. I have to indulge my sugar lows. It's nothing to do with liking what I eat/drink. I'm simply observing my bodily needs ...

The coffee with lots of light cream is pretty much my Number 1 "food thing" - but I live on it, so I can't call it a "guilty pleasure".

I'd say my guilty pleasure is Klondike bars with Heath Bar ice cream.  I'll go on a two-day Klondike bar binge every couple of years.  8 bars in the package (share two with family members and it leaves 6 - 1 for dinner on the evening of the evil purchase, breakfast, lunch, dinner, snack and breakfast again.

Well y'all better enjoy it whilst ya can. There is going to be a National tax on soda pop (1 cent per ounce) to fight obesity in children. Next thing ya know your other sweets will get hit and then they'll move on to other things.
