    Hi Hubbers,

I'd like some help with passing the Quality Assessment Process. Will you please give feedback on my article, Travel the Home Exchange Way. What can I do to improve? Thanks!

There is no link in your post?

Thank you, psycheskinner.  I misunderstood the notice that I had links in my message and so deleted them.  I tried looking for a way to put the links back but could not and am still trying to figure it out.  I do appreciate your comment.

    Hi there,

The links are the main problem. Try deleting them and see what happens. Just mention the exchange companies by name and let readers Google them.

Although the purpose of your trip was to see the TdF, it is not really relevant to the topic, so get rid of that link and image too.

Make all your capsules centred, i.e. no right-alignment. That facility will be gone soon, so check your hub in Mobile Preview.

Big white space in the capsule ending "The links for these home exchange websites are included in this article." Go into Edit. Move the cursor to after the last character and press delete a couple of times.

As this is a travel hub, there should be more relevant images. Have you any of the place you stayed? Photos of the house too (as long as you don't include anything personal or anything that could identify the house). Maybe the village where you stayed?

Also a couple of images for the points you make wouldn't go amiss too, for example a nice shot of flowers and a bottle of wine - you can find such images on Pixabay.

    Hope that helps.

Thank you, theraggededge, for your suggestions.  I shall get rid of the images on TDF.  I shall also center the capsules.  I would like to keep first the links to the exchange companies as they offer real sources of help.  However, if these are still a problem, then I would take them out.  The pictures of the house that I have didn't seem good enough for the article but I shall revisit.  Also, I shall look for images for the points I made which is really a good suggestion.  I truly appreciate your taking time to read the article and thank you for the suggestions.  Irvinetraveller

Overall, I think the content is great!  I agree that some more pictures would be beneficial.  It's a good idea to number your suggestions, but in the middle the hub a few pictures could help break up your text and make your page more appealing and entertaining to readers.  smile

Thank you, ml33, for taking time to read the article.  I agree with you that more pictures would help and placing them in the middle of the hub is a great idea.  I trully appreciate the suggestions and the compliment. Irvinetraveller
